I finally got the time, and the hardware, to get this drawing digitised and colored, since I drew it about 2 or 3 years ago.

It was supposed to be a cover idea for a comic that I never got to.

Perhaps.. one day...

linework is good, but the coloring makes it look too flat

Yeah the shades could've been a bit darker. It also seems a bit ou of proportion here and there, but maybe that's just me. The whole guy doesn't seem to be high enough for the way he's kneeling there. Ans the sword seems a more like a dagger and the blade is a bit short compared to the size of his hands. Nice though, considering it's a fairly old drawing.

yes. True. The sword is indeed to short and proportions are a bit off.

the actual picture is a3 format though, so lots of detail is lost in scaling down.
